Welcome to Boardsy (“the Service”), operated by Ktisis Consulting (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Service. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
The Service is currently offered as a closed alpha release, which means it is a pre-release version available only to selected users for testing and feedback purposes. The Service may have limited functionality, contain bugs, or experience outages. You acknowledge that your use of the Service is at your own risk, and the Service is provided “as-is” and “as-available.”

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data. However, as the Service is in a development stage, complete security cannot be guaranteed. You acknowledge the risks associated with using the Service and uploading data.
You are responsible for maintaining backups of your User Content. We do not guarantee the indefinite retention of data and may delete content without prior notice.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the date at the top of these Terms and, in some cases, may provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
